Single—first night is $49, all others are $37
Double—first night is $42, all others are $30
**The first night dorm fee includes a linen packet (2 sheets, 2 towels, 1 washcloth, 1 pillowcase)
1 blanket and pillow are provided by Binghamton University free of charge.
These rooms are air-conditioned.

Important dates to remember:
--On-campus lodging booking deadline is May 10th (This is a hard deadline. No lodging requests will be accepted after this).
--Early Bird Registration is available until May 1st Registrations made after this date will pay an additional $10.00.
--You must become a member of NYAC to attend the conference. Please see the dues listed below:

--If you plan to attend the SAA DAS Certificate Workshop "Appraisal of Electronic Records," you must register and pay on the SAA website. NYAC members may use the code APER25NY to receive a discount off of the non-SAA member rate.
